What Causes Dizziness In A Quadriplegic Male With A Pacer?

Husband is a quadripelegic, and he also has a pacer, Lately he has been experiencing some dizziness after I transfer him into his bed on the way up to a sitting up position. Today he was having a real hard time going up in the bed, his head; and it took about 3 x s before he was ok. He would not let me take his blood pressure. Cheri

This is possibly postural hypotension, you should make him check his blood pressure, its the main cause of this condition.
