What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Chills?

I m freezing when out from under the covers, and whether I m in a 99 degree car or in a 74 degree house, I catch chills constantly. While under the covers my upper body is super warm and my lower legs and feet are cold. Started this afternoon. Having dizziness and headache as well. I m a 19yo female.

I read your question and understood your concern.
I think that these problems may be caused by a viral infection like a common flue. Have you measured your temperature?
I would recommend to consult with your GP and have a routine blood analysis for a probable infection.
If everything results normal and these problems persist, the thyroid function tests may be necessary to exclude hyperthyroidism.
