General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be a possible exacerbation of certain medication effects when you are consuming antacid particularly ones which affect cytochrome P 450 pathway of the liver responsible for drug digestion and metabolism.

I suspect extra effects of her current medications affecting the central nervous system responsible for such episode and she must be presented at ER without any delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
