What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, Sinus Infection, Stomach Issues, Breathing Difficulty?

I had been having symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, constant sinus infections, stomach issues, trouble breathing and just exhausted and the symptoms kept getting worse daily to the point that I pretty much went to work and couldn t wait to get back home. I went away for a week and by the 5th day away from home, felt completely normal ... once back home over a period of about 2 months the symptoms started to come back and were honestly extremely debilitating. I had been drinking starbucks chai tea daily and thought maybe I was intolerant of either the chai tea or milk ... no change ... Eight weeks ago after 3 bouts with a terrible stomach virus, I moved out of my house and in with my parents. I had bloodwork done ... an ekg and all is well ... Since staying at my parents house I can think clearly again, and all of the symptoms that I was having have completely disappeared. I had a specialist come to my home for air quality testing for mold ... the results came back that there is not a mold problem in the house but a high dust level. I m not sure if that is simply because I haven t been living in my home for the past 8 weeks ... I m at a loss as to what can be causing these symptoms and am hoping that you might have some idea

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach issues are a commonest symptoms seen nowadays.

Can you tell me since how many days you are facing this problem and is there any specific diet after which you have burning inside stomach?

The causes could be acute gastritis, gastroenteritis, gastric ulcer or food allergy.

You must undergo routine blood investigations and H.pylori, liver function tests, urinalysis and stool for blood, abdominal ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to detect the underlying cause.

Treatment is mainly depend on the cause but you may take symptommatic treatment meanwhile.

Antacids like h2 blockers (ranitidine) or proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole) will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.

You can also take digene gel or liquid or ulcero-protective agents like sucralfate or bismuth subsallicylate to reduce burning.

Cobstinue with steam inhalation and take proper antibiotics from your local doctor to get cured completely.

Regards,
