What Causes Dizziness, Eye Fatigue And Slight Palpitation?
I have mild dizziness, eye fatigue and anxious for the past one week. I have taken enough fluids still I have dizziness. My body is in control but still its unsteady. I m having the feeling of slight palpitation, hollow space in stomach and chest. What could be the reason ? I have migraine atleast 3 days once.

Please get assessed for your blood pressure (BP). If your BP is higher than 140/90 mm Hg, then start drug such as Metoprolol. Also, start deep breathing exercise whenever you feel anxious.
