What Causes Dizziness, Chest Pain Along With Low And Irregular Heart Rate?

I Was up the hospital the other night because i had chest pains. They found my heart rate is between 35-47 which is low. It is also irregular which showed up on the ECG. I ve been back to my own doctor as doctor up a and e said to get referred to cardiologist. She seems reluctant. I also have other symptoms most the time like bad circulation, dizziness all the time and chronic tiredness. Do you think I need further investigations and to keep hassling the docs until I get a referral? Thanks

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dizziness, chest pain along with low and irregular heart rate . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons , but in your case it is probably occurring due to a condition known as cardiac arrhythmia .I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay to prevent it becoming complicated . Because these are pre heart attack signs . Doctor may order ECG , tilt table test and complete blood profile test . Doctor may perform vagal maneuvers , prescribe medicine for tachycardia and doctor may use cardioversion , catheter ablation . For now take proper rest and do not exert your body .
