What Causes Dizziness, Breathlessness And Pressure In Head?
Quite often I get very dizzy, get pressure in my head and gel,like I m looking through binoculars. My stomach churns and I feel like I can t breathe at times. It takes about 20 minutes to focus properly again. I lose control of my speech when this happens too.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, breathlessness and pressure in head . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , iron deficiency , diabetes, type 2 , sinusitis and sometimes cardiac problem can also give such signs . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to rule out ear problem and sinusitis . Doctor will examine ear with otoscope and order CT scan for sinusitis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like genatmicin or amoxicillin , decongestant or expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for cardiac problem . For now drink green tea with ginger thrice a day , avoid bending forward and apply dry warm compresses to external ear .
