Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a runner, (ran 6 miles this morning). Just an hour ago I went for a walk. I felt fine but after about a mile, I started feeling very weak. Then a bit dizzy but just a bit. No nausea or confusion. I came back in and ate as I was hungry. Feeling better now but still not quite right. I had a decent breakfast about 3 hours before my walk and about 2 hours after my morning run. Was diagnosed with MVP many years ago.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
While running the body demands more energy, blood can't meet that demand and finally dizziness and weakness starts. Other thing is, during exercise lactic acid produces, which also can be a culprit. You should avoid strenuous exercise.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
