Hi I'm 22 year old boy and suffering from dizziness, shaking, breathless,mood-swings,blur vision, some kind of phobia,, Its been over six to seven month I have this issues with my health, but I never approach any doctor as the i thought its not critical issue,, but i would like mention about one incident that happen to me that I was watching a movie and suddenly I was discussing a problem to myself in my mind and realize how is it going to resolve and woke up Just as I i started to feel vomiting but i never let it out and breathlessness and for a few second darkness strike across my sight... ever since than I always visualize this terrible incident and can't get over with it.,,, so kindly suggest me who to refer or hospital ..??? i reside in Delhi safdarjung enclave. thanks
