What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting After Smoking Cigarette?

I smoked my first whole cigarette yesterday. It didn t go well. I felt dizzy at first and stumbled back inside my house, I then began feeling really sick and ended up throwing up and being unable to move away from the toilet in fear I d be sick for around 15 minutes. I felt lethargic and when I stood up the feeling was even worse. After around an hour and a half this feeling subsided altogether and after 12 hours I felt normal again with some slight nausea. I was really scared at the time and I just want to know what the hell happened basically. Thank you.

Yes this can cause problems, cigarette has nicotine and other ingredients they do effect you vrain lungs and stomach so nausea vomiting dizziness can be there, this will get better with time as your body washes away the toxins.

Usually smoking should be avoided if such problem keeps on happening when you smoke.
