What Causes Dizziness And Strong Odor In Urine?

Hi i have fms and i have had a total hysterectomy 4yrs ago. Iam 46yrs and i have 4 grown up children. I keep going dizzy and my urine has a very strong odour, this improves slightly when i drink water. Iam overweight and iam suffering from sickness and stomach cramp at the moment. Can you please advise me as iam unable to eat or take my fms medication, so iam in unbelivable pain all over my body too!

* Dizziness seems in relation with still FMS only as you are not able to take
its medications properly .
* Urine odor is in relation with dehydration induced altered urinary pH
always drink plenty of liquids which will help in urine odor as well as
dizziness problem too .
