What Causes Dizziness And Stomach Sickness While Having Polycythemia Vera And Leaky Heart Valves?

I am a 35 year old woman. For the last 2 days, I have felt dizzy and sick to my stomach. I took my BP and it is 159/115. I have Polycythemia Vera (in remission) and 2 minor leaky heart valves. I am not on any medications. Should I go to the ER and get checked out?

I really appreciate your concern, just relax, low down the stress if it is ever there then have some rest, even if the symptoms are persist then go to ER, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
