What Causes Dizziness And Spinning On Waking Up?
I woke up out of a deep sleep and when I opened my eyes it I was so dizzy the room was spinning. I was lying on my right side. When I lifted my head off the pillow and tried to stare and concentrate on a spot on the wall it slowed down and stopped. What could cause this?
