Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hot water bath may cause vasodilation lead to hypotension and giddiness. Autonomic nervous system won't compensate according to age. so postural hypotension or heat induced synchope. Better to avoid very warm water bath, at the end of hot bath you may use cold water bath to early recovery. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
