What Causes Dizziness And Severe Stiffness In The Neck?
i was told i possibly had vertigo, but i had bumped my head. so i had a ct scan don friday, no bleed. so i got meds. its been a week and now my neck is killing me, i pretty much act like i have stiff neck so i can control the dizziness. it seems to worsen later in the day. is this normal ?

No it is not,were you to visit me I would-
1)Examine your ear,as the vestibular apparatus lies there,responsible for balance.
2)Get an X-ray cervical spine done.
then i would treat you accordingly depending whether your problem is of the ear or the neck.
