General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Early vitamin B12 deficiency and liver problem should be ruled out first. Check your serum B12 level and SGPT, SGOT level. If B12 is low then tablet or injection is prescribed. Let me know if you are having alcohol habit. Consult physician for examination and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
