What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In The Hands After Falling?

I have had several bad falls since nov 25. Been to er twice no problems found. Today had similar symptoms i had after my falls. Dizziness bad headache weakness plus,just today, my hands are numb. Any idea what it could be? You will say go to er but i probaby won t

thanks for posting your query to HCM.
As I understand numbness could be because compression of nerve due to oedema of internal tissue causes . if there is weakness and numbness persist consult a neurologist for complete examination .dizziness and headache are general symptom because of release of some chemicals like cytokine and interleukins due to injury . presently you can take NSAIDS group of drug like Acetamenophen or paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
