Good afternoon, I hope you are well. I experience dizziness from time to time. I always assumed it was from lack of water consumption. I asked my doctor and he agreed, so I have greatly increased my water intake. recently my dizziness has become associated with sudden numbness of my right arm. It has occurred twice in 2 months and is concerning. On the first occasion I was driving, had stopped for gas and reached into the back seat of my car for my purse. I felt dizzy, and my arm began to tingle to the point where i dropped my purse and my arm became limp. It was several minutes before I could use the arm. On the second occasion, I was sitting at my desk at work. I stood up and walked approximately 10 feet when the dizziness kicked in. Instantaneously the numbness in the same arm occurred.
