What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

my question is, why do get this dizziness spells during the day and some-times at night too, it makes me feel like i need to vomit and also want to go to the bathroom. they usually last a few seconds, but sometimes after it goes away, my head starts to hurt.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. You have what is called Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. You will need to see an ENT specialist (Ear, nose and throat) for thorough examination, investigations and treatment.
