What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi I've woken up this morning feeling very dizzy and nauseous. I can't walk in a straight line, veer to the left. Feeling of being very drunk but have had no alcohol since glass of wine 3 days ago. Room spinning. Should I try and see a doc or just stay in bed?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have nausea and dizziness as you wake up in the morning . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like low glucose level , low oxygen level ( sleeping apnea ) , inner ear problem , or low blood pressure along with other circulatory problems . I would suggest you to consult Doctor for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may order test like blood test ( for glucose level , sleep study test for sleeping apnea or refer you to ENT specialist for inner ear checkup and order CT scan or examine with otoscope . Doctor may recommend device like CPAP , prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory for inner ear . For now take proper rest and avoid bending forward .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
