Hello,
I have reviewed your problem which could be related to a number of issues. First, have you had your blood checked for anemia or low iron? Are you drinking enough fluid and replacing your electrolytes from being so active? My suggestion is to increase your fluid intake to 8-10 glasses of pure water per day and have your blood checked for iron deficiency. The dizziness and symptoms you feel seem to be related to either dehydration or iron deficiency, but if water and a multivitamin don't help, please see a doctor. Feel free to come again.
