General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
It seems you may have got inner ear disorder like labrynthitis.
If I were your treating doctor ,I recommend,
-Anti histaminics like loratidine and antiemetics like metoclopromide.
-Avoid sudden body or head movements.
-Avoid stress and bright lights.Rest in dark and quiet room.
-Avoid alcohol,caffeine
-Further assessment needs to be done based on invedtigations like CT scan head. You may visit neurologist for this as you have already decided.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks and regards.
