What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Recovering From Pneumonia?

Hello, I have a friend, has recently recovered from Pneumonia. Completed steroids and Antibiotic therapy last week. At work today, he became dizzy, flushed, pale color, nauseated and vomiting. He is cold, but not running fever. Horrible cramping to stomach and back

These can occurdue to weakness and excessive strain in such weak state. It can also happen due to abrupt withdrawal of steroids.
