Had appendix removed 5 weeks ago and seem to be healing fine. Now, I am have been having the following symptoms for 4 weeks now. Dizzyness or light headed ness, pressure in the ears, nausea, hands and feet get cold. The symptoms come and go. I have had all blood work done and checked by my family doctor.

Hello, Nausea and vomiting with giddiness may be due to ear problem like Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Labyrinthitis or Vestibular neurinitis.
