General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Nasal congestion, facial flushing, and dizziness are suggestive of sinusitis.
I will detail the management of sinusitis below
-Use saline nasal drops and steam inhalation twice daily
-Use Tylenol 500 mg thrice daily for pain and fever
-Amoxicillin 250 mg thrice daily
-Otrivin nasal drops twice daily. Limit use to less than 7 days.
Please be advised to follow up with an ENT specialist to confirm the diagnosis and initiate antibiotics.

Hope I was able to help you
