General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dizziness and loss of balance post delivery in lactating mothers is commonly due to dehydration, blood pressure issues (generally low BP), hypoglycemia, anemia. Sometimes, it can be due to vertigo.

Take plenty of water, ORS, soups and juice. Take food rich in protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, etc.

Visit your gynecologist, get physically examined, get CBC & Hb%, blood sugar (F/PP) done. Get treated at the earliest. If your problem persists get ear examined to rule out vertigo.

In the meantime you can take vitamin B complex with iron as a supplement. Take antacids to avoid bloating.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Take care.

Regards,
