I am wondering what s wrong with me. I m worried it may be serious. I had my baby in July 2015 & I lost a whole lot of blood. My iron was low for a long time due to that. my symptoms are getting really bad. I get a headache about every day here lately. I have dizzy spells. At times I feel like I am just about to pass out. I see spots in the air when I get dizzy sometimes. I have had no appetite for the past month & sometimes I get nauseated when I do eat. I don t sleep very well. I have no energy & I feel bad all of the time. My breasts have been aching for about a month. I m very concerned about my health!
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services. I have read your query and here is my advise.
* Low level of hemoglobin can be manifested as weakness and malaise, but the loss of appetite may indicate underlying infection of the intestines or other inflammatory process going on inside the body systems.
* It is recommended to consult with your complete blood count reports in follow up session for better understanding of the body parameters.
Wish you best recovery. Regards.
