What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness In A Diabetic During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and diabetic and i keep having dizziness and light like i cant walk for a long period time or i will get light headed and i run out of breath and i took my blood pressure a couple hours later and it was 107 over 66 should i be concern because my sugar has been great
