Hi welcome to HCM...

Here you have history of journey in outside hot temp to which you might not be adopted ...
So excess sweating might lead dehydration and dizziness can be there ....

Also get checked your blood pressure and blood glucose level as they both if low can lead dizziness ...

Lack of sleep , heavy work load , irregular meal can lead dizziness ...

If you are having congestive symptoms and cold associated than viral flu can lead such presentation....

So according to cause treatment given ...

Take rest

Advise : consult physician for examination

If still dizziness continues than extensive further work up done ..

Regards :
Dr.Parth
