Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that tachycardia, dizziness and lightheadedness can be a sign of cardiac problem. I would advise you to get his BP monitored. Also get his EKG done to diagnose any abnormalities in heart beat. You have to consult a physician as these symptoms can be an indication of an underlying serious problem. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
