Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain jaw pain and headache after 5 days of wisdom tooth extraction does not seems to be an abnormal finding and you can wait for further 3 to 4 days as gradually the pain will subside..

Other thing is that dizziness can be due to side effect of the medicines that is antibiotics that you might be taking post extraction..
As the intake of medicine will be stopped gradually the symptoms will subside..

I would suggest you to keep following the instructions given to you by your dentist and take proper medications..

In case if the pain exaggerate or the swelling increases you need to consult your treating dental surgeon and he can check you for infection or dry socket and treat you according to the cause..
As of now nothing seems abnormal..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards,
Honey Nandwani Arora.
