First of all I would like to know your age.
As hot flushes are more common in menopausal age.so if you are in between 45 to 50 yrs of age hot flushes is a common symptom.since at this time there are hormonal changes so a female experiences hot flushes , anxiety , pain in extremities etc.for this you can take homoeopathic medicines like lachesis 30 potency 4 pills tds .
It will help you to cope up with your problem
