What Causes Dizziness And Headache?
Sir, i feel head reeling also sometimes head ache.. im taking lot of strees for my lab works and i was thinking it is the consequence of that... sometimes i feel like falling when climbing up a starecase... is this normal or i hv other problems... plz suggest

As per your query you have problem of dizziness and headache . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear or fluid in middle ear ( Meniere's disease ) . The other reasons can be migraines , head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis . I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometery test , rotatory chair test , examination with otoscope and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics (gentamicin )and some ear aid . For now avoid bending foreword , take steam , drink green tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily .
