What Causes Dizziness And Headache?

dizziness off and on, I m going to get a BPPV test done but I ve tried the epely maneuver myself and still getting it. Mild dizziness and mild headache but sometimes it gets bad where I have to sit. I m hoping it s the loose crystals situation where the Manuever will work. Got blood work done, everything is in range. Went to ENT everything passed with flying colors outside of going to specialist for BPPV..very concerned. please help.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history.
BPPV is a notorious disorder for the patient as well as for the Doctors.
Since you have already consulted an ENT, I would advise you to visit a Vertigo clinic or consult a Specialist called Neuro-Otologist if available in your area.
Till then a strict bed rest with pillows by the head to give motionless rest to the balance apparatus may help.
Also get investigated by Angiography of the Brain and neck as possibly a vascular problem can cause such an intractable problem.

I hope this answer helps you.
