What Causes Dizziness And Headache After Taking Cartia ?

I was diagnosed with Afib and out on Cartia extended release 120 mg and Xarelto. I had severe dizziness and headaches and my pulse dropped to 48. I was taken off the Cartia. Does this all match up? Could the Cartia have caused this? Can I have Afib with this low a pulse?

itis diltizam or a beta blocker used to treat hypertentionyescartia can cause doziness and headache pulse rate is to monitor action Cartier if rate decreased to 48 then dose can be gradually decreased. consult treating physician.
