What Causes Dizziness And Headache After Head Injury?
I had hit my head around the top back of it around yesterday afternoon leaving a bump. I had a bit of dizziness afterward, but only a headache remained. Today I did some minor physical activity, and a little after stopping the activity I started feeling dizzy and got a headache. So far, I still have a headache up to now, which has been more or less 4-5 hours.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of headache then it has to be sent for CT brain this is the rule and if this have some symptoms of dizziness, and headache then it became very much necessary so better to get done the CT of brain, hope this information helps.
