What Causes Dizziness And Green Stool?

I have been dizzy for almost 2 months. It s usually when I turn my head or move. If I m laying down or sitting still or looking forward I m ok. And in the past 2 weeks I have been having green stools. I was checked for vertigo and inner ear and they were negative. I also have ice pick headaches and migraines.

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

eating spinach might cause slightly greenish stools but it can also occur in various conditions like excess unprocessed bile (which is to be digested by certain enzymes)or iron supplements,or iron riched diet, celiac disease or Protozoa infestation etc.

Migraine is a recurrent headache associated with nausea, vomiting or photo-phobia.

Generally it occurs at only one side of head and characterized by pulsating over head and usually not relived by usual analgesics.

Every headache causes mild to severe discomfort in our day to day life.
Just take OTC analgesic which suits you and take bed rest or sleep and you will be alright.

As I said earlier, migraine is a headache accompanied by pulsating feeling in head, nausea, vomiting or photo-phobia,mostly not relieved by OTC analgesics( require ergotamine sumatriptan, antidepressants) and the tension headache is a primary or simple headache caused by some precipitating or triggering factor which will be relieved by OTC analgesics
(ibuprofen, naproxen diclofenac) and eliminating triggering factor.

U need to see physician and get your blood, urine and stool R/M examination done to get diagnose the underlying cause of green coloured stools.

Thanks and Regards,
