What Causes Dizziness And Floaters After Being Treated For DVT?
27 year old female diagnoses with DVT put on blood thinner for 6 months. had MRI no clots taken off. sudden dizziness, seeing red and green spots. things seem to have a thick black line around them. er did cat scan saw peanut shapped blothes in white matter, followed with MRI showed nothing thought she night hve moved. still has dizziness and floaters went to neurologist today said he thought she might need to dee ENT doctor started passing clots the size if golf balls 2 hours ago. is in her period.
Deep vein thrombosis patient on blood thinner with heavy menses and large clots passing per uterus is not normal. The floaters in vision may be in concern with alteration in blood circulation of retinal artery or venous drainage of retinal vein. An ophthalmologist evaluation is mandatory in this concern for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
