What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue?

spent 7 hours yesterday at walk in clinic & er. very weak dizzy, fainted once. All test were neg. blood sugar was 106. blood pressure 127-144, ekg ok, chest xray & ct brain ok. was released after an iv drip. still having minor relaps today. ? not enough sugar ? or what?

Hi...it could be a feature of anemia...check your haemoglobin level and RBC count....if there are normal do an echo to exclude low ejection fraction and hypertrophic cardio myopathy...then finally go to an ENT to check your ears for balance problem as it can cause the similar problems...Thank you
