What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue While On Lisinopril And Metoprolol?

I have no heart blockage or irregular heartbeat. They gave me Lipitor and metoprolol going home. My original symptom was lightheadedness and some fatigue. Later I went on and then off lisinopril for just a few days. Primary care doctor said blood pressure was not reall high. Question: can I take the metoprolol now as a solution for the lightheadedness

Hi,

No, you cannot take the Metoprolol it is not indicated for lightheadness but the underlying cause of lightheadness need to be found out, and with the Metoprolol symptoms will remains there, I would advice for CT brain but not for Metoprolol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
