What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue After A Whiplash Injury?

I have old whiplash injury and suffer with chronic neck pain, headches and I have nerve pain running down both arms. I have fatigue and many other symptoms too. I vebeen feeling very dizzy past few days and had problems with vertigo in the past. My gp has referred me to a rheumatologist for suspected fibromyalgia and I ve been waiting two years to see a neurologist for my neck as a scan revealed an issue. How sick do you have to be to get help, I m really struggling to function normally?
