What Causes Dizziness And Discomfort In The Sinuses?

I normally sleep on my right side. If I try to sleep on my left when I get up I become dizzy when I get up. I noticed that my sinuses seem tight and are shifting. I monitor my BP and it was a little higher when I checked after getting up. What could be causing the dizziness?

Thanks for the query > I understand your concern.
The symptoms suggest the sinus on opposite side is inflamed... & drains out. The Eustachian tube ( connecting throat to middle ear)on same side gets blocked to raise pressure in middle ear.. causing dizziness when you get up.when you sleep on left side.

In this matter I would advise for the sinus problem & allergy problem ( which could be the basic cause) so as to avoid the symptoms & further progress in the suffering.
