What Causes Dizziness And Difficulty In Balance During Workouts?

For a month now I ve been experiencing head movements like when I run or go on the elliptical my head fills like it s moving like a twitch kinda thing and it s so embarrassing I can t finish my workout and I never had these kinds of problems before and a. I run on the treadmill Im unbalance and move to the left and right when I m on the treadmill why is this happeing

Problems with balance and abnormal head movements is suggestive of disorders of inner ear.
Inner ear is associated with infection, inflammation o any other disorder of inner ear.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations of inner ear.
The condition can be treated after a final diagnosis is made.
