What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have had repeated instances of feeling light headed vision becomes whiteout and I feel like I will pass out some times I go to the floor this only happens when I am standing yesterday this happened repeatedly and about 10 times in a 3 hr period as I was standing. I have had unmanaged diabetes for at least 2 years now taking meds What kind of doctor would i see any ideas on causes

It could be postural hypotension. When you are getting up from bed sit for 2 min in bed and then stand and walk. Same while you stand up from sitting position stand for 2 min holding on to a support and then walk. These passing out feeling can happen during the change in blood pressure that happens due to sudden change in your position.
