What Causes Dizziness And Black Spots In The Vision After A Neck Injury?

I need to find a doctor to help my son. He has been sick for 4 months. I believe he has injured his neck during a basketball game. Presenting symptoms: feeling light headed, seeing black spots and a significant decrease in blood pressure and an increase in heart rate. I found that he feels 100 percent better in water and he feels 90 percent better after chiropractic care for 24 hours. Any ideas on what this could be and who I could see for help?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to evaluate for conditions like carotid artery clots. An MRI scan and carotid Doppler may be required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
