What Causes Dizziness And Back Pain?

So over the past year I have been struggling with dizzy feeling and my feet and back always hurt as well. It kinda feels like a I have a bad sinus infection. my back under left shoulder blade goes numb then I feel I might pass out. this happens out of the blue

it is related with cervical spondylosis for which you have to do regular neck exercises and take betahistidine 8mg if severe take 16 mg 2 tab per day
