What Causes Dizziness And Appetite Loss?

My daughter is experiencing dizzy spells occasionally an has a poor appetite. She says her head feels full. She was in a concert the other night and she felt like she was going to fall over. She is 16. Could this be caused by sleep deprivation due to homework?
