hi i have a question for a friend of mine, he has fainted during work today and has a lack of taste on his tongue and a slight metallic taste. last night he had sex and passed out then as well. Im unsure if he just has the symptoms of fainting or something else, especially if he is unable to taste things correctly and all things taste like paper
Dizziness may be caused by many causes like 1. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) 2. Vestibular neuronitis 3. Labyrinthitis 4. Cardiac problem 5. Neurological problems 6. Anemia etcetera. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
