Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
neck pain with soreness and dizziness may be due to cervical myeloradiculopathy.
In some people it is aggravated by abnormal posture, trauma or extreme neck position.
you should do regular exercises of neck.
you may consult a neurologist for proper examination and evaluation.
hope you found the answer helpful.
