What Causes Dizziness Along With Sneezing And Headaches While On Tylenol And Codeine?

Thank you. I had my right top lobe removed in July 2015 due to stage 1b cancer. Did not require any treatments at all. I was given Tylenol 4 with codeine until a couple of weeks ago. I am feeling lightheaded, night sweating, sneezing, dull headaches, irritability. Am i having withdrawals from this drug and what should do?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dizziness along with sneezing and headache , Yoou are presently taking tylenol and Codeine . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like inner ear infection , low blood sugar and iron level , meniere's disease and as a side effect of certain medicines . But in your case the symptoms occu due to Codeine as its side effects . I would suggest you to consult your doctor may discuss the condition with him/her . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe some substitute . If condition still remains the same then consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , examinetion with otoscope and blood test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , recomment vestibular therapy and prescribe antibiotics .
